The Sonno 11.11 Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1. This Promotion is organized by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.

1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this Promotion.

2. THE PROMOTIONS

2.1. The Sonno 11.11 Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion is open to new and existing Sonno customers.

2.2. In this promotion, all participants stand a chance to win 1 (one) Dyson Pure Cool Me Air Purifier worth RM1,699 or 5 (five) RM100 AEON vouchers when they make a purchase on Sonno’s website during the Entry Period.

2.3. Sonno reserves the right to offer different promotions to either new or existing customers.

2.4. In addition to the Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion, Sonno is also offering a Spin, Shop, and Stand a Chance to Win Amazing Prizes to new customers only, which throughout this document will be referred to as the “Lucky Draw”.

2.5. The Lucky Draw participants are automatically eligible for the Sonno 11.11 Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion when they make a purchase on Sonno’s website during the Entry Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Both Promotions are open to all public in Malaysia only regardless of their nationality.

3.2. Participants may only spin the Lucky Draw once. Multiple spins or entries will be disqualified.

3.3. The Lucky Draw participants must fill in their email address before spinning the Lucky Draw wheel to be eligible for the prize.

3.4. Participants are only eligible for the Sonno 11.11 Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion when they make a purchase on Sonno’s website during the Entry Period.

4. WINNERS & PRIZES

4.1. The prizes for the Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion consist of:

• 1 (one) Dyson Pure Cool Me Air Purifier worth RM1,699
• 5 (five) RM100 AEON vouchers, limited to one per winner

The winners will be announced after the Promotion has ended via our social media accounts.  

4.2. The Lucky Draw prizes consist of: 

•  RM100 Sonno voucher, limited to 50 vouchers
•  RM150 Sonno voucher, limited to 30 vouchers
• RM200 Sonno voucher, limited to 10 vouchers
• 2 (two) free Sonno the pillows with any Sonno mattress purchase, limited to 50 vouchers

4.3. Each of the vouchers can only be used for the purchase of Sonno mattress(es), and may only be used once. 

4.4. We reserve the right to choose the winners based on our own discretion. Prizes may vary depending on the availability of our stock.

4.5. The vouchers for the Lucky Draw prizes will be display after the participant has filled in their name and email address. A copy of the voucher will also be sent to the winner via email. The Lucky Draw vouchers can be redeemed on Sonno’s official website at www.sleepsonno.com for any Sonno mattress purchase during the entry period.

4.6. The Lucky Draw prizes are only redeemable within the Entry Period on a first-come-first-serve basis. The availability of vouchers is strictly limited to the number of vouchers offered in the List of Prizes. Vouchers that are redeemed after a prize has been fully redeemed will be nulled and void.

5. ENTRY PERIOD

5.1. Both Promotions begin at 12:00 pm EST on November 1, 2019, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on November 11, 2019 (the “Entry Period”).

5.2. Spins or entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are considered as null and void.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

6.1. For the Lucky Draw, participants shall fill in their email address before spinning the Lucky Draw wheel.

6.2. The participant will be notified of their winning immediately after spinning the wheel in the form of a voucher code. The voucher code will also be sent to the email address entered during the Lucky Draw sign up.

6.3. Only one spin and/or entry is accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6.4. By entering this Lucky Draw, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.4. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

6.5. For the Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion, all purchases made within the Entry Period and the Lucky Draw participants (within the Entry Period) are automatically eligible and in the running to win the prizes as stated in 4.1.

7. JUDGING

7.1. The judging for the Lucky Draw will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select a prize for the participant in the form of a voucher code, whereas the judging for the Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion will be judged manually by a panel of judges selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.

7.2. Sonno reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.

8. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

8.1. The Lucky Draw voucher code will be displayed immediately on a pop-up window on the same website after the participant has spun the Lucky Draw wheel. Winners can redeem their voucher code at e checkout on Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd official website (www.sleepsonno.com). The vouchers from this promotion are only redeemable for Sonno mattress purchase.

8.2. The Stand a Chance to Win a Dyson Air Purifier and More Promotion winners will be announced publicly via our social media accounts. The winners will be contacted and informed of their winning via email. The winners have to respond to our email or contact us directly to claim the prize within 14 calendar days after the announcement is made, failing which, the panel of judges will select a new winner for the prize.

8.3. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8.4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

8.5. Sonno is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with these Promotions.

9. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

9.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotions and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Promotions will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

9.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.

9.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and other publications where the works are shown.

9.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant requested to return the prize.

9.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
