Service Description

• Mattress Disposal Service (“Disposal Service”) is an optional add-on provided by Sonno to remove and dispose of your existing mattress.
• The Disposal Service covers one (1) mattress per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• The Disposal Service is available only at the delivery address listed in your order.
• The Disposal Service is available only on Saturdays. 
• The Disposal Service is available only within Klang Valley area. 

Items Accepted / Not Accepted
We accept standard household mattresses only. If the item is not eligible, our team may refuse removal, and the Disposal Service fee remains non-refundable.
