Signature Mattresses
- 100-night trial for Sonno Lite and Sonno Original.
- 200-night trial for Sonno Luxe Hybrid.
- Must sleep on the mattress for at least 25 nights.
- Only mattresses purchased directly from Sonno are eligible.
- The trial is limited to one mattress per household and applies only to the first mattress purchase.
- Mattresses must be returned in good condition, free from damage or stains, and wrapped securely in original plastic (or similar protective wrap).
- Does not apply to custom orders, "opt-out" purchases, or incorrect size/model selections.
- For pre-orders, the trial period begins from the shipping date.
- Free gift must be returned in excellent condition; otherwise purchase price will be charged from the refund.
- A RM400 Logistic Fee will be applied to East Malaysia orders returned.
Other Mattress Solutions
- 30-night trial for Mattress Topper, Foldable Mattress and Baby Mattress.
- Product must be returned in good condition, free of stains or damage, and protected during return shipping with original plastic or secure wrap.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Only products purchased directly from Sonno are eligible.
- Each household is eligible for a one-time trial per product type.
- Trial-based exchanges are not allowed.
- Does not apply to custom orders, "opt-out" purchases, or incorrect size/model selections.
- For pre-orders, the trial begins from the shipping date.
Bedding Products
- 30-night trial for Pillow, Bolster, Huggy Blanket, Bed Sheets, Mattress Protectors and Duvet Insert.
- Items must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, and wrapped in original or suitable plastic packaging.
- Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns based on incorrect size or preference changes are not processed.
- The 30-night trial is limited to a one-time return or exchange of up to one product per customer/household.

- Items must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, and wrapped in original or suitable plastic packaging & boxes.
- Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
- A RM400 restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
