Sonno Brand Survey Lucky Draw

1. GENERAL

1.1. The Sonno Brand Survey Lucky Draw is organized by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.

1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this Lucky Draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This Lucky Draw is only open to Sonno customers.

2.2. Within the period of Jan 5, 2024 to Jan 12, 2024, participants are required to complete the Sonno Brand Survey sent to them via email with the same email address.

3. WINNERS & PRIZES

3.1. The prizes are 1 (one) Xiaomi Robot Vaccum Mop 2, 1 (one) Ella Cookware Set, 1 (one) Sonno Bed Sheet Set (Queen), 6 (six) Sonno Memory Foam Pillows, and 2 (two) Mattress Protectors.

3.2. Winners will be chosen randomly. We reserve the right to choose the winners based on our own discretion. Prizes may vary depending on the availability.

3.4. Each person can only win once.

3.5. The prizes are to be redeemed within 2 (two) weeks after the announcement of winners. 

4. ENTRY PERIOD

4.1. The Sonno Brand Survey Lucky Draw begins at 7:00 am GMT +8 on Jan 5, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm GMT +8 on Jan 12, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

4.2. Submission before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. Within the period of Jan 5, 2024 to Jan 12, 2024, participants are required to complete the Sonno Brand Survey sent to them via email with the same email address. Participants who fail to do so will automatically be disqualified from the lucky draw.

5.2. Winners will be notified on Jan 19, 2024 via email.

5.4. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5.5. By submitting this survey, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.6. All unclaimed prizes 2 weeks after the winner announcement will be forfeited. 

5.7. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

6. JUDGING

6.1. The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select winners' names.

6.2. Sonno reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.

7. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

7.1. The winners will be notified via email. Winners can redeem their prizes by providing their Name, Contact Number, Email Address and Delivery Address.

7.2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7.3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

7.4. Sonno is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this lucky draw.

8. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

8.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Lucky Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the Lucky Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

8.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.

8.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on lucky draw-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.

8.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant will be requested to return the prize.

8.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the lucky draw, such personal information as may be required for lucky draw management.

8.6. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes to a similar model or value depending on the availability of the prizes.

8.7. The organizer is not responsible for any delays or cancellation in delivery caused by acts of god.
