HappyFresh Vouchers Giveaway

1. GENERAL

1.1. This Lucky Draw is organized by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company.

1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this Lucky Draw.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This Lucky Draw is open to all public in Malaysia only regardless of their nationality.

2.2. Participants are only Sonno customers who purchase any mattress from 14 - 31 January 2021.

3 & 4. WINNERS & PRIZES

3.1. The prizes consist of HappyFresh shopping vouchers worth RM1900, first winner will win RM100 x 7 (RM700) HappyFresh Shopping Vouchers, second winner will win RM100 x 5  (RM500) HappyFresh Shopping Vouchers, third winner will win RM100 x 3 (RM300) HappyFresh Shopping Vouchers and 4x winner for Consolation prizes giveaway worth RM100 in HappyFresh Shopping Vouchers (the "List of Prizes"). 

3.2. RM100 value per voucher and can be redeemed only one code per transaction. 

3.3. Minimum order per transaction is RM100.

3.4. Voucher valid until 31 May 2021, 11.59 PM. 

3.5. Voucher is valid for all items except alcoholic beverages.

3.6. Voucher is valid on HappyFresh's mobile application (iOS & Android) only.

3.7. Offer applicable at AEON, AEON Maxvalue, Tesco, Village Grocer, Mercato and Cold Storage stores on HappyFresh within Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru and Melaka except Teluk Bahang, Seberang Perai, Penang Hill, Balik Pulau, Sg. Tiram, Pulai, Jelutong, Senai, Tanjung Kupang and Singapore. The availability of supermarket partners may vary depending on your exact location.

3.8. Voucher code MUST be keyed in upon checkout. Failure to do will not be entertained.

3.9. Any utilized voucher past the expiry will not be refundable.

4.0. Any utilized amount from this voucher will not be refundable.

4.1. Delivery Fee/Service Fee is excluded from the discounted amount. 

4.2 Requests to apply voucher code after order confirmation will not be entertained.

4.3. Multiple usages of app vouchers across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to the cancellation of the order.

4.4. This promotion excludes ALL HappyCorporate customers.

4.5. Delivery only. No pick-up options are available. 

4.6. The discounted amount is based on the total price of delivered items (i.e. not inclusive of prices of out-of-stock and/or rejected items)

4.7. The prizes shall be announced with order number.

5. ENTRY PERIOD

5.1. HappyFresh Vouchers Giveaway begins at 12:00 am EST on Jan 14, 2021, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on Jan 31, 2021 (the “Entry Period”).

5.2. Any purchase before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

6.1. Participations are only for customers who purchase mattress(es) in January 14th until 31st.

6.2. Winners will be notified by February 14, 2021 that will be sent to email address used during purchase made.

6.3. Only one order and/or entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6.4. By entering this campaign, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6.5. All unclaimed prizes 2 weeks after collection period, will be forfeited. 

6.6. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason.

7. JUDGING

7.1. The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select winners for the participant in the form of order number.

7.2. Sonno reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.

8. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

8.1. The prize will be announced on our social media platform. Winners can redeem their prizes using the given order number after checkout on Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd official website.

8.2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8.3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

8.4. Sonno is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.

9. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

9.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the Campaign will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

9.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access.

9.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.

9.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant requested to return the prize.

9.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
