Terms and Conditions

• Gift Cards are applicable to all products on Sonno Malaysia’s online store (sleepsonno.com)
• The Gift Card can be used as full or partial payment for any goods in Sonno Malaysia’s online store. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from your total card value and any remaining balance will be displayed on your checkout. No change or refund will be given if the Gift Card value exceeds the total checkout value.
• Gift Cards will be delivered by email and can be used in the form of a promo code.
• Only one Gift Card can be used within a single order / checkout.
• Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
• Sonno Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or the unauthorized use of Gift Cards. 
• Your purchase or use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of issue. Terms and conditions of issue are subject to change without notice. The Gift Card is issued by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd. 
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash
• Every Gift Card is unique and can only be redeemed once, the Gift Card value cannot be split into two or more orders.
• Gift Cards cannot be returned by the purchaser once the purchase has been made.
• For returns of any purchase made with a Gift Card, refunds will only be given for the additional amount paid in cash. The Gift Card value will not be refunded. 
• There is no fee or other charges associated with any Gift Cards purchase.

How it works.

1. Select desired gift card value,
2. Checkout with the selected gift card(s),
3. The gift card code will be sent to your email,
4. Forward the email with the gift card code to your loved ones.
