As we move into 2026, we are thrilled to announce that we have unified our terms. Whether you choose the essential Sonno Lite Mattress, the classic Sonno Original Mattress, or our premium Sonno Luxe Hybrid Mattress, you now enjoy the exact same industry-leading protection and trial period.

What’s New for 2026?

We’ve streamlined our policies so you can focus on your sleep, not the fine print. 

1. Unified 15-Year Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship across every model. All Sonno mattresses now carry a 15-year limited warranty.

• Standardized Protection: This covers structural defects and significant sagging, ensuring your investment is protected for a full decade.
• Quality Guaranteed: No matter which model you choose, you get the same long-term peace of mind.

2. Choose Your Experience: Trial vs. No Trial

We know that every shopper has different needs. For 2026, we are introducing more flexibility in how you purchase:

The 100-Night Trial Option

No more guessing. Every single Sonno mattress now comes with a 200-night trial. 

• Risk-Free Testing: Sleep on it for over three months in your own home.
• The 25-Night Rule: We ask that you give your body 25 nights to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.

The "No Trial" Option (New for 2026!)

Already a Sonno fan? Or perhaps you’ve tested our mattresses at our Publika store and know exactly what you want?

• Extra Savings: By opting out of the 100-night trial, you can enjoy a lower purchase price.
• Same Great Quality: You still get the full 15-year warranty; the only difference is that the mattress is a final sale and not eligible for return under the trial program.

3. Clearer Return & Wrapping Guidelines

To ensure we can continue offering free returns in major cities, we’ve updated our logistics terms to be more specific:

• Keep Your Plastic: To process a return, the mattress must be wrapped in its original plastic (or an approved equivalent) to remain hygienic during transit.
• Professional Help: If you cannot wrap the mattress yourself, we now offer an optional wrapping service for RM60, ensuring our team handles the heavy lifting and protection for you.
