Sonno Year-End Giveaway 2022
1. GENERAL
1.1. The Sonno Super Sale Giveaway is organized by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the
“Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the
organizer” refer to the Company.
1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this Giveaway.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. This Giveaway is open to all public in Malaysia only regardless of their
nationality.
2.2. Participants are automatically granted an entry with the purchase of at least 1
(one) unit of any Sonno products within the period of Nov 25, 2022 to Dec 28,
2022.
2.3. The eligibility to win the Contest is on the condition that the Eligible
Participants fully comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated herein.
2.4. Eligible Participants must purchase any Sonno products during the said
contest duration mentioned above. Applicable for purchases made via Sonno
website or flagship store.
3. WINNERS & PRIZES
3.1. Winners will receive prizes worth up to RM7,500, comprising 4 (four) units of
Ella Cookware Set, 8 (eight) units of Sonno Huggy Blanket, 20 (twenty) units of
Silka Sleeping Mask.
3.2. We reserve the right to choose the winners based on our own discretion.
Prizes may vary depending on the availability of our stock.
3.3. We reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the
prizes with alternative prizes of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable or traded in
for cash, credit, other items and/or voucher in part or in full.
3.4. Each person can only win 1 (one) unit of 1 (one) prize.
3.5. The prizes are to be redeemed within 1 (one) week after the announcement of
winners.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
4.1. The Sonno Year-End Giveaway begins at 12:00 pm GMT +8 on Nov 25, 2022,
and ends at 11:59 pm GMT +8 on Dec 28, 2022 (the “Entry Period”).
4.2. Purchase / Entry before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.1. Entries are only for participants who purchase at least 1 (one) unit of any
Sonno products within the period of Nov 25, 2022 to Dec 28, 2022.
5.2. An announcement will be made on Social Media (TikTok LIVE & Instagram
LIVE). Winners will be notified on Dec 9, Dec 16, Dec 23 and Dec 30, 2022 via
email.
5.4. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5.5. By entering this campaign, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to
be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.6. All unclaimed prizes 1 week after the winner announcement will be forfeited.
5.7. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever
reason.
6. JUDGING
6.1. The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will
automatically select winners' names.
6.2. Sonno reserves the right to conduct manual judging by a panel of judges
selected by Sonno at our sole discretion.
6.3. The decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondence
pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertai ned.
7. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
7.1. The prizes will be announced on our social media platforms and will be
notified after via email. Winners can redeem their prize using the name used to
register on the Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd official website.
7.2. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity
material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not
be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7.3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
7.4. Sonno is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant
by any third party connected with this contest.
7.5. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes if the winners fail to
respond to the Organiser’s message/email within three (3) days from the
notification of winning, including weekends and public holidays.
7.6. The Prize Winners are required to produce proof of their purchase during
and prior to the redemption of the Prize, for verification purposes. The only
form of proof of identity accepted by the Organiser is his/her purchase order
(receipt). The Organiser has every right to disqualify the Prize Winner should
he/she fail to provide such proof of identity.
8. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS
8.1. The organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and
these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency,
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or
anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside
of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.
8.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or
related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network
failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access. The Organiser shall not be held
responsible or liable for any damage to the prize occurring in transit or during
delivery.
8.3. The organizer will display the names of the winners and the titles of the
winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts,
write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.
8.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded,
the award may be revoked and the entrant will be requested to return the prize.
8.5. The organizer may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the
contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
8.6. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes to a similar model or
value depending on the availability of the prizes*.
